Today on #poor and #vegan peanut noodles. Made a simple peanut sauce with peanut butter, water,soy sauce and a touch of sweetener. I mixed with cooked spaghetti noodles, chopped cilantro and topped with sesame seeds. If you have it, mixing with tofu,chopped peanuts, carrots,sweet potato etc would probably taste good too.
