If I'm so far up and my legs are stretched out long, pedaling feels like I use more energy than if my legs are nice and angled. It also feels more dangerous- if I fall from up there, I'm falling further down.

Also, they're so high up that reaching the handlebars feels weirdly far and I have to like lean forwards, whereas with my low-seat setup I'm basically just stretching my arms straight out without leaning forward.

Am I some sort of genetic abnormality? Am I a homunculus?

Ok #bicycle #cyclist nerds explain something to me. People keep telling me that my bike seat is laughably too low. They keep asking "doesn't that hurt your knees? Your knees are going to explode. What about your knees?!"- meanwhile my knees feel fine. I like being able to put both my feet on the ground when I take my feet of the pedals. Everything about it feels fine.

Then when I try their bikes, feel like I'm 20 meters in the air. My feet can barely touch the floor. My legs are hella stretched
