Is funkabilly a thing??

Stole this from Tumblr. @oldladyplays We've settled the debate lol

I've not watched DS9 before, decided to remedy that beginning yesterday. I love how it's so awkward and shakey like all Star Trek pilots are. I also love how Sisko and Dax flirt. That Dax intro, the leering, you know Sisko always had a good time in that old man's company lmao
Love the random queerness ST throws into the shows, unintentional or not. Kid me didn't really see it, adult me adores it. ('This man is my friend. Nobody touches him' is near and dear to little queer me)

@ErickaSimone I follow @dgar too, he might get a kick out this. Just thought about that.

@ErickaSimone If you don't mind me tagging you, I learned a neat bit of music history today. Wanted to share in case you've not heard of this. Kinda reminds me of during WW...1? The resistance folks in France? would write messages in wine labels and food wrappers (I forget exactly who in what war, I remember the message stuff cuz it was cool) Case thumbnail don't show it's a YT channel called SciShow

Y'all I'm begging you look at this. Don't have to listen to the music, just look at the album art. Fucking awesome, they got that 80s metal\serial horror book cover look
I saw @ErickaSimone 's post asking for music recs and realized I've not looked for new stuff in a while. Found these guys. This is why I don't follow the algorithm it would never give me stuff like this I got too many drunk white girl songs on my playlist

I made kissy noises at him and called him a fat fuck cuz he sit in the tray for like 10 minutes at a time and runs off all the other birds. He won't even leave when I heckle him. We spend many afternoons together trading dirty looks.
