I'm bi.

Be the reason they had to put 'Do not eat' on packets of silica gel! 😆

I did a thing! I lost over 100 pounds! 🙌🏻 Only 2 pounds till I'm normal weight! I broke a hundred pounds, Woo!

There we go!

Almost done!

But wait, there's more! ❣️❣️❣️

I'm very humbled and honored to have this collection!❣️I will Cherish them forever! What a blessing to get well wishes from multiple Presidents and First Ladies!

How it started/How it's going:

Smashed through the plateau by proportioning my meals into 300 calorie portions, 4 times a day. Changed my strategy and I found out that contrary to scientific belief, at least for me, If I put off breakfast 'til my house is clean and save one meal for late night hunger, without sweets, I average 1200-1300 calories a day, I'm losing 1/3 of a pound each day and I've been consistent about it which is great because I broke through the plateau like it was easy. 84 pounds down 50 to go.

When I was a young adult; I collected Magic the Gathering cards. Now I collect holiday cards and letters from Presidents and First Ladies! How did I get so lucky??? The letters are addressed to me, like the cards. I actually think they know me! Nothing like this has ever happened before in my life and I'm not really sure how I ended up on their Holiday Card list!

My favorite part of Winter is in December when I get Holiday cards from Presidents and First Ladies. I'm the proud owner of this collection. What could be better?! :heart_fire:

Lost almost 80 pounds but it took 3 years. Keep "plateauing" every 10 pounds. Took almost a year to get out of my previous plateau.

This is more of a note-to-self than advice. Self-discipline required to lose weight. Eat breakfast and lunch within 3 hours of waking up. 300 calorie portions. Stop taking Lexapro but Prozac is still a yes. Don't eat after bedtime!!!!
