How it started. How it's going.

We can have birds on our Euro Banknotes. Birds!!!! Please, please!!!

I'm taking a longer break from social media. In case you want to get in contact, send an E-Mail. You can find my adress on my several Websites in my profile.

Herrje....

I have a website with just an input field, where I paste a URL and from there some info is fetched and displayed.

I implemented it this way:

Website with php that calls a python script for the webscraping and then displays the result.

Any better way to do this?
It needs to be simple and can be quick and dirty.

Now we finished our #fedivision listening party. Took a bit longer than expected, but wow, what a blast. So many different styles and approaches, so many great songs and ideas.

Thank you so much to all of you. We had a fantastic afternoon listening to all of your songs.

Long live the fediverse and all its dwellers. So proud to be a small part of it.

“Binary Cascades” by @Sakti representing The Belt

Yes, lots of different sections indeed, but all coming nicely together in an uptempo IDM groove. The title is speaking, great cascade of musical ideas, so to say. Enjoyed it.

“Alt Text (closet edition)” by @non_saturatio representing Ipurtargiak

Very intimate. I think the recording situation (a closet) is perfect for this a capella song. Had to look up the picture it is referring to and then was deeply moved by the song. Something very special, please don't overlook this song.

“would you MIND?” by @duc representing enbia

I can instantly relate to this song. I also like the slightly off tune singing, I think it fits the idea of the song. Touched me.

“Haul on the Jib: A Recursive C Shanty” by @futzle representing The Old Mermaid Townsfolk

Ok, this is genius. Reminds us of some of Monty Python songs, but too be fair, this here is even better. Great idea, great song. Wow.

“Paper and Glass” by @mux2000
representing Strawberry Fieldland

Yeah, a rock guitar, finally. Production could be a bit better, but we just cranked the speakers up. Will definetly end up in our Top 10.

#fedivision

Really late to listen to all the #Fedivision songs, but we are starting now. The plan is to listen to all of them and then comment here. So let's see how far we can get.

Shame on me, I still haven't listened to the #fedivision songs. But I will have a small listening party tomorrow morning at my home with a late breakfast. And then I will comment here on every track.

Schätze Du musst hier erstmal in Ruhe ankommen. Also keine Hektik.

"A Children’s Book to explain Gun Violence to Childish Politicians".
