Jeffrey #Epstein was found dead in his cell on August 10 of 2019. According to the Federal Governments official press release drafted the day before he died, the cause was suicide.

The main reasons you've heard about fraud in Minnesota are

1) state officials are not on the take,
2) Minnesota actually catches this sort of theft,
3) Minnesota prosecutes the offenders after an investigation.

There's fraud anywhere there is money. If you claim no fraud in your state then maybe the fraudsters are sort of untouchable at the moment.
