I've seen every season of The Block (Australia). I could handle manufactured drama, the unfair decisions, the horrible styling mandates, and the infestation of marketing into every aspect of it. Now they've added AI slop in the form of songs and animated clips and I'm so fucking done.

And forbidding contestants from complaining about the show-engineered "stitch-ups" (sabotage) to force them to either accept the abuse or abandon their investment is just grotesque.

@ai6yr here's hoping that everyone upset and alarmed by this starts raising hell about it. It's a show trial through and through, and all the defendants deserve to be pardoned, immediately freed, and heavily financially compensated for what they were put through.

A booklet on basic emergency preparedness was mailed out to all homes in the Netherlands a week or so ago. Very basic stuff applicable to any situation, but the Dutch version of the MAGAs are freaking out because it includes Putin's ongoing invasion of Ukraine as a potential threat to European infrastructure.
