Highly recommend Al Pacino's memoir Sonny Boy. Do yourself a favor and pick the audio version, hearing him tell his own story makes all the difference. A humble man who clearly cares deeply about his craft.

Indeed, the technology isn't the problem. Nobody's marching against better spell-checking, advanced medical image processing, protein-folding breakthroughs, or even autonomous NPCs in games.

The problem is nobody knows what the next ideology looks like, only that we won't see it coming. Would we know if it's already here?
