Making voting more secure and robust is important, but dishonesty conflating the mere existence of vulnerabilities with actual election rigging to cast doubt on the legitimacy of elections is utterly toxic, especially in an environment with a history of questionable elections and mistrust of institutions.
Destroying trust in our elections isn't enough for them. They want to destroy our faith in history and our own memory.
