zig 0.17 :blobfoxcomfy:
https://ziglang.org/download/0.17.0/release-notes.html

on a quick glance doesn't seem like it'll break much of my code

imma be real i don't think this needed claude

oh wait qt 6.12 is released

hot reload 🎉

do people actually use flathub to find new programs? i feel like whenever i install a flatpak app it's because i found it elsewhere, and then it doesn't matter much whether it comes from flathub or a third-party repo

in other words, does having your app in flathub help discoverability at all?

anyway i've dealt with most of my offline responsibilities for now so qtbridge-zig adventures shall resume shortly

something tells me that if i were unwise enough to spend my time looking at whatever is happening with kde instead of doing something more productive, i would find that it's much milder than terminally angry people make it out to be. just a hunch

i hope you're thoroughly enjoying my qt internals infodumping because it's not going to last forever (the next scheduled topic is probably irc)

what do enums consist of? members? values? constants?

qtbridge-zig update: got resources working, including automatic qmldir generation
