What is the correct style in #scala 3

object Some {}

Or

object Some:

i guess i slowly understand why people say #perl is a messy language. The thing is perl is unopinionated and let you do stuff the wey you want to. It doesn't follow a paradigm it doesn't force you into some thing it just stays there and says yeah sure just get the shit done and see what fits the problem. So the issue with #perl being messy is just people who litter their place ;).

One question where are the #perl users hanging around? Forum, Mastodon, Discord, Slack whatever?

so i'm sitting here thinking about #forth and what would be the best #forth to start with being a general programmer with not much low level insights or at least as much as i want. How would i start with lets say parsing a file or writing logs or doing tools for everyday use. Lets say replacing bash scripts with some #forth goodness. Any cool material on that?

@neauoire hey maybe something interesting for you https://solar.lowtechmagazine.com/2025/11/how-to-brew-solar-powered-coffee/

sometimes i have the feeling that if you get older and more experienced in the matter of programming you strive for the simple solutions. If you are younger you always look for that i'm special and know everything complex technology thing. why is that though?

@neauoire regarding your last post about blue ;) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LHlEAm6EgRI&list=PLBu4P43zHQhVAHjtkGRoGiSPDVn5_VmO_&index=13 give it to you

"OpenLDK is a Just-In-Time (JIT) compiler and runtime environment for Java, implemented entirely in Common Lisp. It bridges the gap between Java and Common Lisp by incrementally translating Java bytecode into Lisp, which is then compiled into native machine code for execution. This unique approach allows Java classes to be seamlessly mapped to Common Lisp Object System (CLOS) classes, enabling effortless integration between Java and Common Lisp codebases."
