maybe some day we will exit the orbit of spawning things in minecraft until the server or client crashes. Maybe not.

it is lovely to see vibe coded alternatives to photoshop and the like. One thing folks aren't considering is the stranglehold these companies have are on other companies. That is the bread and butter. The held companies buy licensed software as a solution to a problem. So using a piece of software that is unsupported isn't a solution. It is a tool that would have to be supported.

Otoh other alternatives for individuals and smaller companies is great!

my dudes I have been on a hunt for a wheelbarrow for over a year now. Checking craigslist daily and sometimes even logging into fb.

The same 2 beat to shit clearly used for concrete ones have been for sale this entire time for 50 dollars. Other than that there hasn't been a single basic metal tub, wood handled one for sale at all.

Plenty of plastic ones and weird ones, but none that are simple and easily repairable. I guess people just hang onto them forever because you can fix them.

If any of you lovelies have a setup for distilling water at home please do share.

I need to start giving the animals distilled water due to Emmie's bladder stone situation.

I understand how distillation works of course but I need to come up with a method for reliably distilling water on a regular basis now.

Almost feel like a steam juicer setup would almost be ideal here.

I bought two cans of vegan refried beans. They are dry, chalky, and terrible. I feel like this isn't a lard vs avocado oil thing and more of a ratio thing.

The flavor is OK but the texture is a damn crime.

I have had a lot going on lately as well as emotionally. I think that is why I have lost traction with a hobby. I need to figure out how to better gauge depletion.

This was roughly a year ago. I totally forgot I could just work on the bikes on the back patio.

My wife's nan that lives not far from us had two bobcat kittens at her back door last june apparently.

I fully would have let them in in spite of knowing that would be a bad idea

"wtf why doesn't this rce path injection thing match my pattern.." oh right I haven't ate yet today.

Stayed up way too late working on hotcoco, my why don't I use fail2ban project.

Got a good chunk of the validator provider interface built out with the start of tests for them.

I am trying to write this really as a module since I really enjoy that type of programming.

Just decided to push it to a repo since it will help me keep some motivation up.

in other news I ordered a few things from amazon last night for the first time in months. A lot of the products I was advertised were for people with hair that isn't like mine at all.

So I guess I can say avoiding all the websites that track me, using vpns, using private browser instances to interact with said terrible practices, and ad blocking dns is working better than not at all.

just spent almost an entire work day strategizing how to effectively communicate a bunch of stuff to a decision maker that has to be very carefully spoken to.

I am literally not paid enough to do this. I did not sign up for this. I am not good at this nor do I want to be good at this.

Fuck me

you know you can just go pick ephedra viridis in much of the sonoran and mojave desert? Typically tea is the way to consume it but just chewing on some stalks also has a noticeable effect. The tea itself actually doesn't taste bad at all. Chewing on the stalks isn't awful but tea is much better.

I really can't be fucked getting upset about debian today.

Spineless fucking tits.

another things these damn kids take for granted is walking into a store and buying weed whenever they want.

Not waiting around for some dude you have to pretend to like to buy weed from and or smoke with.

Or worse going to a sketchy hillbilly trap house.

You bet your ass I'm gonna take advantage of that store bought weed tonight

out grilling dinner food, if dawg pulls up like: i ate all the fruit you put out, how about you go get me another piece of watermelon
me: hold on I'll put one in your spot

not pictured, me telling them all this. Walking into the house and getting the fruit. Holding it up so they can see it and walking not 15 feet away from him as I put it out.

this is as big as Rob says. Can you even imagine?!

arabic has always seemed like a really fascinating language. I know almost nothing about it.

who do you call if your large language model is full of bees and cum?

Please boost for answers

Sooo stinky the garbage cat can open the glass sliding door. He does get to go outside in the morning, but generally just for a little bit.

Today he brought in a really large desert spiny lizard and managed to open the door while doing that. He let it loose under my bed and it managed to get between the wall and the headboard.

All said I got him back out safely by the fruit, water, and cover.

Really the reason why I don't like stinky going out is because he terrorizes the locals. It seems unfair. Also unfair to make him indoor only.
