I hate the rich, I don’t want to become them

Wearing my freshly-laundered Dertroit Beisbolcats t-shirt to Thanksgiving dinner.

In other news, my mother doesn't know "why I even try anymore."

Has anyone checked reform stuff? Vox?

Have you thought to yourself, “Gee wilikers, it sure has been quiet on the eastern front, and the #GOP bot farms”, well sir, you can thank #Ukraine for that. The GOP #botfarms being operated out of #Russia have been tagged and tagged hard by the Ukrainians. Now is a good time to tell who the bots are.

Alberta Separatism Fuelled by Russian Networks and US Influencers

A sweeping new report traces how online campaigns are amplifying division inside Canada

“The report’s central finding is stark: Canada’s cognitive sovereignty is being actively targeted by foreign governments, state-aligned media networks, ideological operatives, and profit-driven manipulation systems, all of them pressing on the same fault line at the same time. That fault line is Alberta.”

Woohoo found lavender syrup and lavender honey syrup and now I can make lavender honey lattes at home!

Russian strike on a suburbs of Kharkiv killed a 16-year-old boy, a 19-year-old girl, and a 51-year-old woman.

More than 20 people were injured, including my friend, who suffered ear blast injury.

Hey America.

Canada has a diesel surplus. They exported more than they use domestically. Most of it to the United States.

Trump bought you 12 days worth from Russia for double what Canada charges everyday to you.

What a shame.

Riyadh international airport is struck again the day after a missile attack killed 12 and wounded hundreds at the same terminal. @AssociatedPress reports:

I can think of nothing more welcome here in Southern California than this lovely, long, cool rain. The air is washed enough to sample the Petrichor. The temperature has not risen to the previous low temperatures. Nirvana defined. 💕

Seeing Trump align with Putin and offer the Russian dictator cash for diesel is not a surprise, but it should certainly be considered shameful, as should his remarks about Zelenskyy.

(Anyway, this farmer is currently running for office, and she barely won last time.)

(If you're interested in keeping people like this out of power, the guy running against her is James Gailliard and he's got a handy dandy little website right here: https://jamesgailliard.com/)

Remember that 21,000+ acre farm here in NC where workers keep dying?

You'd think they're doing that "to make a profit."

LOL no. If that were true, they probably wouldn't have gotten FORTY MILLION DOLLARS in arrears with their bank.

We've lived for so long with this mythology that sure, the wealthy can be cruel. But at least the cruelty has a point. Profit!

I'd like us to open our hearts to other possibilities.

Power doesn't just corrupt! It can also breed truly reality-distorting levels of incompetence.

We are finished. Washed and dried. #Startrek #astronaut #babyquilt

Apple, still calling tomorrow Columbus Day? Fuck you.

🇺🇦🇺🇸 Zelensky responded to Elon Musk's words that he "went too far"

"These people cannot find the key to stop Putin. Because stopping Putin is more difficult than putting pressure on others. Because it is easier to talk about prices and link it to Ukraine. When everyone in the world understands that prices are rising because of the war in the Middle East. Everyone understands this," Zelensky emphasized.
