It's only accessibility when it reaches a certain size. Anything smaller is just sparkling being-able-to-read-better.

I just adjusted a pair of loose sunglasses with a tiny bit from my @iFixit toolkit. I’ll be honest, that wasn’t in my list of predicted use cases, but here we are.
10th of Owltober!
This Great Horned Owl was admitted to West Sound Wildlife Shelter after being trapped in bird netting. His expression says it all. Want to donate to WSWS? https://westsoundwildlife.org/donate Source: https://fb.com/2434524756563665 #owlsintowels #owltober 💛🦉
Another successful week, by at least one measure.
Coding agents reduce software development to a simple matter of:
* specifying requirements
* verifying correctness and quality
* maintaining and operating software you didn't write
As we all know, those have always been the easiest, most well-understood parts of the craft, so everything is fine!

the automatic subtitles on YouTube are not properly accessible. swear words being blanked out is not neutral accessibility for Deaf people like me. if the person in the video is swearing, we need to have that information conveyed to us, not [_____]. we are Deaf, not children. but no one wants to talk about this.

How have I missed this!?
Blizzard workers ratified union contracts with wage increases, disability accommodations, layoff protections and more.
I’m literally crying in joy with pride in my comrades.
Remember, fellow tech workers, we are the means of production!

this was the 1st icon made made by me live on a #Twitch stream. :)
I want to do that more as my consistency was waning a little. need to keep things fresh.
not burning out though! it's a lot of work, but helping different people and projects has been super rewarding.

Aged 55, I decided it was time for a male midlife crisis. I don't drive, love my wife and don't play golf, so instead I got some bunny rabbits. The neighbours now call me 'Bunny Boy'. I don't give a toss. These innocent little creatures bring me huge joy every day.

I want my kids to program (more).
Is there something like a USB RGB LED matrix that you can control with Python?
Here we are on day #3: Black Hole. And, as is always the case, cats defy gravity.

Very excited to say that I'm visiting Tokyo soon & will do my 5th tech travel video from there.
If you know the city, please let me know what you think I should visit and film. I want to experience how technology impacts everyday lives in the city.
- Transportation infrastructure
- Phone apps
- Everyday tech
- Energy
- Interesting companies, etc.
Also if you know a local who would be a good person to meet and chat to about life in Tokyo, I'm interested too! Anyone doing interesting things in tech is a candidate. I'll be there late October to early November.
