Can anyone point me to a succinct summary of information about ebikes and scooters in Montgomery County, Maryland, particularly with regard to use on-roads, on sidewalks, on trails? Licensing and registration requirements, too? Would a bike shop be the best resource?
The county gov only has safety tips and I'm not qualified to dig into the statutes.

@arestelle @bikenite A4. I feel like I don’t have good responses spur of the moment and found myself rehearsing scenarios. One of them is where I pretend I know the person and I act overly friendly. This happened a month or two ago. A driver honked as they tried to pass me, so I waved and yelled hello! They rolled down their window and I braced myself for whatever was coming next.
They told me to get off the road, and I told them it was good to see them and asked for their name. He then said he was “Jerry” and then told me to “get out of the road so I don’t hit you” and I told him “that’s messed up! Why would you hit me and my kid, Jerry??” And then we turned and he kept driving straight ahead. Not the best interaction but better than past ones?
A separate time, a guy just yelled “Move!” at me, while I was riding on a bike boulevard. I didn’t have any good response then, but that felt way ruder and made me more upset.

What the heck is a "bike track"? Is it a bike lane, a separated/protected bike lane?
I've looked at a lot of these documents and never seen "bike track" before.
In Spanish it appears to be "Adición de una ciclovía protegida elevada" which seems to translate to "elevated protected bike path".
Transphobes who assign a gender to their pickup truck (saying "She's a beaut!" or giving it a gendered nickname) should be beaten with their truck nuts.
I haven't been much of a Brewers fan since I was like, 12 years old, but since I found out they were playing a team from Florida I am all in to see them destroy the Bay Rays or whatever the fuck they are called.
Seriously though, I only care about the local sports teams for what they can bring to the city as far as recognition and revenue. I might even watch (part of) the game. Not the whole thing, because baseball games are like 4 1/2 hours long.
I randomly went a different way biking home from work yesterday and found a secret passage! It's a route that takes me off the main road, and it's just a little bit out of the way, but honestly it's one of the high stress parts of my commute so I may make this my new normal route.

My new response to car-brained people who says "Bikes should be registered!" is this:
"I agree! Register your bikes for free on bikeindex.org in case they get stolen."
Whew! Old Time Milwaukee peeps, do you remember (crazy-ass) Brother Ron?
Last year I started to bike commute to work in August, and did 50 days before my spinal/nerve pain made it too difficult in December, and then I didn't ride for 6 months...
So I got a late start this year (July) but I just hit 50 days of biking to work... and I've still got 45 days of work before the end of the year.
I guess I won't hit 100, but hopefully I can get over 90.
