Let's move on. Using my weighting math, here's my top most listened to songs of the year to date:
1. Mothica - Save Your Roses
2. New Found Glory - King of Wishful Thinking
3. AJR - The Big Goodbye
4. All Time Low - Monsters
5. Ive - Blackhole; Qwer - Bad Habit; Starset - Dark Things
8. Hanabie - Iconic; Ive - Bang Bang; Goldfinger ft Spencer Charnas - Derelict; Goldfinger ft Mark Hoppus - Freaking Out a Bit
There's a massive tie for 8th through 11th place, which makes the list wild looking.
For September - top most listened to artist was once again MCR with The Black Parade. There's been some shifts in my favorites as the year has gone on and now they we're in October, we'll see how things shift.
Also, Sophie Powers' MIA dropped recently and I've been kind of obsessed with it...so, I have a feeling that's going to throw off my top listens for October.
We'll see!
All right, kind of like last month, looks like we're nearly half over and am just getting around to updating this.
So, let's get into my top most listened to songs for the month of September from my offline listening library:
1. My Chemical Romance - Famous Last Words
2. Zior Park - Dead Channel
3. Mothica - Save Your Roses
4. Starset - Paradoxic (stylized p a r a d 0 x 1 c)
5. New Found Glory - King of Wishful Thinking
6. Starset - Dark Things
7. girl in red - Too Much
8. Alice SyndromeWant Your Love
9. Illennium and Ellie Goulding - Don't Want Your Love
10. Video Game Rap Battles - Pokémon Villain Rap Cyper
Newcomers this month include a new Starset song as well as Zior Park coming in at number 2. Dark Things from Starset has now been in the Top 10 for 3 consecutive months.
Let's continue on. Using my math I used each month, the Top 10 most listened to songs of the year so far, for me, are:
1. Mothica - Save Your Roses
2. New Found Glory - King of Wishful Thinking
3. AJR - The Big Goodbye
4. All Time Low - Monsters
5. Ive - Blackhole; Qwer - Bad Habit (Tie)
7. Hanabie - Iconic; Ive - Bang Bang; Goldfinger ft Spencer Charnas - Derelict; Goldfinger ft Mark Hoppus - Freaking Out a Bit (Tie)
The tie for 7th extends down to the full Top 10 for the year. Which is wild.
For August - top most listnened to artist was MCR and the album was The Black Parade. Fitting, cause again - saw them live for the Long Live the Black Parade tour.
We will see what September brings, if there's shifts or new songs added to the lists.
Oof, September is half over and I hadn't gotten around to updating my list of music from August. I mean, I saved the playlist and whatnot, but yea - need to provide said update.
So, let's get into my top most listened to songs for the month of August from my offline listening library:
1. Alice Syndrome - Deep Dive
2. New Found Glory - King of Wishful Thinking
3. Video Game Rap Battles - Pokémon Villain Rap Cypher
4. Mothica - Save Your Roses
5. Qwer - Bad Habit
6. Starset - Dark Things
7. My Chemical Romance - Famous Last Words
8. Illennium and Ellie Goulding - Don't Want Your Love
9. All Time Low - Monsters
10. AJR - The Big Goodbye
Interesting shift. Mothica remains, as she has most months, in the Top 10, but also MCR climbed up as I listened to a LOT of MCR in August in preparation for seeing them live. It was a great show, so glad I got to hear more of them.
Also, my love of Starset is showing as Dark Things is back in my Top 10 for the second month in a row.

Shoutout to whoever placed this sticker on the pumps here at my rural conservative filling station.
Getting the timing of the pic with the display text legit makes this one of my new favourite shots.
So, apparently it's a thing where people bring energy drinks in for teachers. My wife's a substitute and they had this laying around that no one wanted...so, I drank it.
This is Black Rifle Energy's Berry Ranger. And let me tell you...meh.
It's got so little flavor. I was so shocked at how little flavor it had apart from bubbles and like the most subtle feeling of coffee in my mouth. I mean wicked subtle, like I don't "taste" coffee, if that even makes ANY sense.
The caffeine is from coffee, so it makes SOME sense that it feels like coffee in my mouth. But, I hate coffee flavoring.
So, anyway.
Nah. Not paying for this.

Happy Friday!
Been a weird week. Yesterday was so busy at work. Got pulled into something that kept me here until after 6:30. Still dealing with it this morning.
Hopefully, we're good to go before lunchtime just...to make my life easier.
Anyway, hope you have a good one!

🧬 Sesquizygotic twins are real, the "1.5 identical" kind. One egg was fertilized by two sperm, then split into two people. Identical on the mom's side, about 78% shared on the dad's. Only two confirmed cases: US 2007, and Australia 2019, spotted in the womb. Rare enough that a noninvasive zygosity test would call them fraternal.

Coyote vs ACME pairs quite well with the delicious "Desert Demolition" on #Sega Genesis. This 1995 game by BlueSky Software (also known for Jurassic Park and Vectorman) is a #Sonic type game where you either play as the fastest bird, or the hungry predator. As Road Runner, you gotta go fast! As Coyote, you get wacky ACME power-ups for the chase.
