All of this feels like everyone is on the same roller coaster and arguing about where it is going.

Hot take: the reason people care about e-scooters on sidewalks is because they might actually be injured by someone on a vehicle. As drivers/cagers, they believe they alone should hold that right. They want scooter-riders in the road, where they belong, where drivers can kill them. Once they park their SUVs when they’re in town for their yearly football game, they will be able to walk without thinking about what’s around them.

Denver’s BRT opens (partially) today. $1,000 to the first reporter who can convince their major broadcast network to run a segment on it without centerin “local business owners”
