I asked the eye doctor about getting a peril-sensitive coating on my new lenses and she said not to bother as they'd just be dark all the time.

Bakula mentioned that they would need to bring Trip back. Actually, there’s a really easy way to sort that out, given that everything Will and Deanna saw took place on the Holodeck. Perhaps it was just a glitch in the programme? That would also explain the sudden changes to the uniforms at the end.

You know what's so predictably obvious about Burnham 'offering' to consider increased devolution? It's just the same shit that the unionist colonialists pulled on us the last time. The benevolent largesse of the Union. Educate your voting age children. Westminster lies. Westminster cannot afford to lose our resources or taxes. Independence is the only way forward.

#WritersCoffeeClub Oct 16 "How do you feel about people reading your works without buying a personal copy?"

Lending books to friends is good. Borrowing books from libraries is good.

I know my books are on piracy sites, but I suspect the people who download them are more interested in amassing books than in reading them. However, sInce my books are on Buddhist practice I hope that people who steal and read them at least benefit from them.

At least some English people get it 👏 Cymru has been looted by England for centuries. https://nation.cymru/news/george-monbiot-calls-out-wales-extractive-economy-and-rail-and-road-channels-into-england/

Since this has taken off, maybe there is a need to remind people of the alternatives...

@kim_harding And here is Unplug America, which lists some of the Canadian-based alternatives, as well as European ones.
