My first EBUCD coffee! (East Bay Unified Coffee District)
It is the roaster’s choice from signal, which is a guatemalan single origin.

Beans: tiny beans, evenly roasted

Roast: light to medium, has the complexity but still mainstream

Grinding: Standard low-med roast resistance

Taste: It is definitely a step above coffee shop coffee but it stops short of taking risks. The roast was a month old and I bought it from the store which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a good daily coffee but will not win any ribbons.

Overall: 🫘🫘🫘 ½
