Remember giving music as a gift?

Gentle reminder that you never know what kind of day someone is having, so…just avoid *everyone*.

Okay. Found an old copy of Moby Dick, started a Storygraph thingy…I’m ready to go!

(Because starting a new book while having 3 others on the go is super smort!)

Regardless if this book club thing works out, it’s about time I got my eyeballs on this thing.📖👀

I’m pretty sure I come across as rude to people who solicit door-to-door. I know they’re just working to pay bills (like the rest of us), but a) I don’t do chit-chat, and b) fuck off.

So…yeah…pretty sure I come across a little more harsh than I care to.

Hat off to everyone who makes the world a better place: poets, writers, visual artists, musicians, craftspeople, et al.

Just feelin’ kinda blah, and was thinking about people who are brave enough to pursue their dreams and put their work into the world.

Oh…to hat makers too, I suppose.

Thank you. ❤️

Inspired (once again) by Chris, what are your favourite box sets? CD, vinyl, DVD, VHS, books, whatever.

What you got?

If every internal monologue you have to convince yourself to do something beneficial to your own mental health ends with the phrase “you dumb dick”…you are my people. 👊

Confession

Just over a third of the way through One Hundred Years of Solitude, and I have to admit…I’m just not loving it. Not hating either, just…I don’t know. For sure I’m not decoding the symbolism, because I’m just not getting anything.

I’ll finish it, but…I’m no longer enthusiastic about doing so. I’m looking forward to finishing so I can allow myself to start something else. Might have outed myself as more obtuse than folks originally thought, but…yeah. 🤷‍♂️

Not going to tolerate intolerance of total fuckery? Get fuuuuuucked!🖕

Cannot wait for all these fuckers to reach the FO stage.

Hope you manage to carve out a little piece of time for yourselves today, folks. Be well. ✌️ ❤️ 🎵
