Hi everyone, we've been trying to build up a volunteer team for UbuCon India 2026. So far, we have receieved 200+ requests. And we're really grateful for that. We're still looking for folks in designing and graphics. If you're also passionate about open source and want to help us in the journey of UbuCon India 2026, please reach out to me or apply here
During IndiaFOSS, somebody, while trying to setup the network, deleted docker from my pc. There was a running docker container, that had a postgresql db that I really needed for testing. When I sat today once again for the work, Django reminded me of that tragedy. Oh My Gods! What will I do now????
All I did was,
sudo snap install docker
sudo snap restore 6 docker
sudo snap restart docker
Never panic, when you're using snaps!
That's for you! HATERS!

The nation is mourning on the killings of innocent Hindu tourists at Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam. How brutally these Islamic terrorists came out, specifically targetted #Hindu Men, let the women free, and when the survivors cried for the death, those terrorists told, "Go tell Modi". Tourists were asked to utter Kalma! Their private parts were checked, ID cards checked to confirm their religion before killing them. Barbaric!
We all mourn for the loss, the nation mourns! Bharat Mata is crying.
Can I please be added in `ubuntu.social`??
Had an amazing time at #FOSSASIA! Met so many awesome people like @athulvis and more.
Had great chats about #GSOD with Stephanie Taylor, and loved connecting with fellow #GSoC contributors.
Big thanks to everyone who visited our #Ubuntu & #KDE booth, and to @ubports & @ubuntu for the support.

Has this ever happened to you, that the happiest days of your life gets a very deep scar just after it ends? I just hope this never happens to anyone else.
Didn't get the chance to post pictures or about the Ubuntu Summit in social media, hopefully will get some around next week. But, life isn't the same any more. Trying to bury myself into work to survive. Thank you my friends for giving me awesome memories during the summit to cherish and the loving memory of my loved ones.
🙏
And the team United... Snapcrafters, Ubuntu Budgie, Open Printing, Ubuntu Touch, Lutris, Proton GE, Thunderbird..... Whom are we missing????
Reached The Hague today and ended my day with an awesome dinner together with the community team!
