Beautiful interaction on the day, while busking:

A family comes up to me, while I have my head down, as I was really into the song, and so I look up and there's this little girl her family too.

Her father asks if I'll sing her happy birthday, that it was in fact her 8th birthday.

I don't know the chords, so the father looked them up and held them up as I played the song.

I just sang happy birthday to someone, by myself, for the first time.

What the hell.

I just accidentally stayed up to watch the lunar eclipse. Looks-looked pretty cool.

I also happened to accidentally busk for like two hours in the dark just now, in essentially a remote public space.

Gained a new mash up, and the writing of about half a new song. What a chorus.

All in the dark, as the storm clouds rolled double, to occlude.

Almost didn't busk today.

Was tired from proofing Part 14 of All in Time Due, somewhat of a memoir of sorts, on my business website.

Decided to take a walk, post a weak attempt at a nap.

Had my best day of the week so far, probably month, maybe even more, in so many respects.

Exhausted.

I just busked both Lynchburg and Blacksburg, in Virginia, in the same day.

Did the same with Boone and Floyd some two days ago.

Lynchburg was hilarious. I could tell they liked the tunes but they were definitely more inclined to Pokemon, lol.

Strange busking day, especially for Boone.

According to some law enforcement friends of mine, it was either a passerby or store owner who called the cops on me.

I was busking. In the same way I always do, in front of the same stores I always do.

And, was required to move.

Who calls the cops on buskers, those with pretty excellent pitch and highly favorable songs (according to so many varied people)?

Either way, was prob Village Jewelers.
