Lac de Moiry, Grimentz. Every time I go back there, I discover a whole new range of blues.

Last hike in Saas-Fee before winter sets in.

Down in the valley the larches had turned gold; up at Felskinn and Mittelallalin, the first snow had already dusted the glaciers and ridges. Two seasons in a single day, with a glacial lake as a bonus.

See you next season, mountains 🏔️

🎈 A new alpha of Pocket Switzerland is ready to play, free, in your browser!

The big change is gamification: XP and levels, feats, rare and master treasures, riddles with Lord Byron, Nietzsche and Sherlock Holmes, and a first quest after William Tell. Clotilde the marmot, a chough companion, a nature guide, a folding map.
