Just when you thought enough was enough... Plex now sells movie theater tickets after Plex partnered with Fandango. Will use discovery data.

For example, Users in the US will see a Fandango ticketing option on title pages for movies currently playing in theaters, allowing them to click through to Fandango to find showtimes and purchase tickets. The integration also enables studios and advertisers greater visibility into how campaigns and audience engagement translate into ticket sales. #enshittification #Plex

Meta announced as partner in 2,000-acre controversial Maysville, #kentucky data center that bulldozed an entire mobile home subdivision and left their owners to find new places for their homes. #datacenter

The area is a data center hot spot in #Appalachia and across the Ohio River, two hyperscale data centers are being built, one, in the small #AppalachianOhio village of Manchester that #Amazon is building, is meeting strong resistance by the locals. More than 10 data centers are planned or being built in the region, many getting strong pushback, esp in Mt Orab, Ohio

Search datacenter hashtag and from me for more posts about the buildup.

JD VANCE???? It took less than 5 months for lung cancer to metastasize to the point of a partial lung removal after the #pope met JD Vance. I guess they tweaked JD Vance to be a slow release Pope killer.

Not a fan of popes or religion generally, but sharing Vatican says Pope Leo XIV has lung cancer, had lower lobe of his right lung removed

Get this shit. Due to the Ohio #GOP overreaction to fraud and fear of Dr OZ, Trump, DOGE, and far right Media's behavior, have put a lot of my nursing home care at home #Medicaid medical care under prior authorization starting October 1, 2026.

It is so new that my insurance company, the lessor of three evils that I had to choose from starting August 2026 for Ohio covered specific services, called MyCare Ohio because Ohio whored out all of Medicaid to commercial insurance companies called MyCare NextGen Medicaid, doesn't have a mechanism yet to offer PA for those services.

They assure me they will but my Wall Street investment firm owned medical provider, who says they will reimburse me once the PA's come through, which is estimated at a month or so, are demanding $968.13 PER WEEK until PA comes through.

It's a shit show in #Ohio #USpol #OhPol .

Vic Ramaswamy got max donations from a father and son running an antiquarian book and photograph shop in New York.🤔

I'm stuck in an AI chat with my health insurance regarding a new #Ohio GOP "Fraud" overreaction prior approval requirement for services I have been getting for over a decade and it is pissing me off and the AI is useless.

Epilogue: It told me to call the phone number I originally called that told me to go and talk with a live agent online to resolve the issue. This is bullshit.

AI tool Raven, previously called GeoSpy, lets cops figure out the location and address of a room based on images of like Airbnb or Zillow property photos.

Take a photo, say Thanksgiving dinner with the extended family, or doing crime, inside your house and cops can track the address down if they have a reference photo, like a photo of the for sale listing from Zillow.

The developer found out by accident what they created when he uploaded an image of his girlfriend and the AI model tracked down the house location. At least two US metro police departments are using the tool now.
