ollie has a new bed for the car - he likes it, a lot.

#raccoons

i feel like this headline needs a comma.
i initially read it as a refreshing ‘change of heart’ story, where the landlord had finally quit blaming his woes on everything else and accepted it's his shitty pub

the #bobcat is back! was watching ollie on the deck - i think it fancies it’s chances, that little lick of the lips at the end. good thing i monitor the pups outside

i’ll just stay then - the clash

our local restaurant closed down suddenly a few months back (legal/rent woes). been sitting empty but full of equipment and stacked chairs etc.
well someone decided to set up the bar like some sort of supernatural lock in, plenty of monsters and even (not clear in pic) santa and the easter bunny.
guess it’s got new owners #october

one of the last #tomatoes, still a few on the vines but almost over now. still, this one has stunning stripy colours

a little while back i read “how to blow up a pipeline” and now i’m thinking has anyone written a follow up called “how to blow up a data center” - would seem like the world is ready for it.

that realization at all these seemingly untouchable digital things are in fact rooted in physical objects, power and water supplies. seems inevitable that that’s the next front if policy and community pressure fails.

ok someone hit our old (10yrs) gas hyundai elantra, so likely it’s regrettably time for a change of car. we can’t do our own charging but a few spots locally (like at the library- which is great) so thinking a cheap but reliable plugin hybrid would be the way to go (or maybe fully electric). also probably look for a used car as minimal budget. it’s just for carting pups and the occasional few hundred pounds of clay. not a petrol head or a car status symbol person.

any recommendations?

ok, in my continued effort to bite the hand that feeds me and burn every bridge I've professionally walked across, here's an early preview of some new #unsupervisable work - lots more to do, but should give you the gist (all subject to change).

Eventually a full 52 card physical deck will be made, let me know if it's something you'd want.

This should clean up my followers ;)

So I finished @gilduran's #theNerdReich a week or so back, took a few days to digest/come down.
Here's my review "I knew the VCs and Tech oligarchs were vicious, greedy and bonkers, but this reveals them as them as genocidal, accelerationist, batshit crazy religious loons - that must be stopped!"
Great, revealing and frightening read.

Up next Naomi Klein and Astra Taylor's End Times Fascism.

Inspired to double down on my @unsupervisable #neoluddite leanings and create/join more projects.

Today my partner is sporting one of my fav tees she has (she has a lot - but I love this one)

I am (as I've always been) just tilting at windmills, howling at the moon, shooting spitballs at the armoured division.

I hate these VC fuckwits. Always miss the point, always miss the nuance, alway think that more and faster is better, That there's only 1 kind of value in the world. The god complexes they all seem have is so out of control. they are the grand Architect with many mini architects at their command.

How do you destroy a god?
Stop believing in them.
