I invented a really stupid addition algorithm. To add two numbers, x and y:

1. look at the clock
2. wait x seconds
3. wait y seconds
4. look at the clock
5. see how many seconds elapsed between 1 and 4

Extending this to negative numbers is left as an exercise to the reader.

I must admit I’ve vibecoded Clerkenwell, which means I don’t understand its inner workings very well. That’s the main reason I feel uneasy about releasing it publicly at this point.

But! I’m dogfooding it by learning about it – in itself. I’ve already discovered and fixed some pain points in the process. The more I work with it, the more I enjoy it. I’m convinced that it will become a part of my day-to-day workflow.

I’m targeting a public release in a few weeks.

Just whipped up: a two-way bridge between #CIDER / #Clojure and a #reMarkable 2. Think on e-paper, compute in the #REPL: anything you scribble/doodle on rM automatically shows up in #Emacs, and any expression you evaluate there is rendered with its result and sent to the rM.
