I told it what the conversation would be about, and it IMMEDIATELY went off the rails

ok so someone on bsky i respect made a valid point about LLMs: you have to keep up to date with what they're like, so that you can form more informed arguments against them. that otherwise you might say something outdated, be easily disproved, and make everyone against LLMs look bad

to that end, I just talked to claude. check this out

i just found a jpg on wikipedia that loads sideways https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/13/SGI_Fuel_back.jpg?utm_source=commons.wikimedia.org&utm_campaign=index&utm_content=original

EDIT: THANK YOU EVERYONE. I'M GOOD NOW

I put a bike up for sale. If you are in the UK and want to ride the oldest bike you've probably ever seen, maybe you'd like it?

I wouldn't have needed to ask this, but "I've started to give all your stuff I have in storage away, unless you come and collect it" is an expensive ultimatum to deal with.

protip: do not become homeless in a foreign country. It's been two and a half years and it's still managed to crop up and fuck everything up.
