One of the rare times that my fluffy corgi boy Rigby sat still long enough for a picture or two #corgi #dogsofmastodon #cute

Rigby is almost 7 months old, and he is already bigger than his 1 year old corgi sister Zelda. It's hard to get a good picture of him, since he is always on the move, but I finally got him to give me a look with his big, beautiful eyes, and his "guy-liner", as my wife calls it.

My Corgi Zelda just had her first birthday this past week. She wants to tell everyone that they deserve to be happy, no matter what's happening! #corgis #corgisofmastadon #cute #dogs

So much bad stuff going on, just wanted to post pictures of our 3 month old fluffy corgi, Rigby. #Corgi #CorgisofMastadon #cute #dogs

My son described AI as "Artificial Incompetence" and I just thought it was very accurate. #AI

About 2 years ago, I bought a cheap laptop for $80. It was a laptop designed to be sold cheaply to schools for remote learning during the start of the pandemic. Here's the machine if you're interested:

I got it because the 4G cellular card could be easily swapped out for an NVME 2242 SSD drive, and I finally got around to installing one. I installed Fedora with the Cinnamon desktop on it a week ago. I've messed with it, installing Linux Fedora on the built in eMMC storage in the past, but the slow speed made it a pain. Honestly the SSD makes it pretty darn snappy.

Thing is.... It still doesn't really play some games very well. I'm not talking new AAA games, I'm trying to play Unreal Tournament games on it using Proton, and it's really stuttery no matter what I do. It originally had Windows 10, and it could actually play UT3 surprisingly well.

What I wanted to ask Linux users is, what would you recommend I try on this device, games or otherwise? #Linux
