It’s Friday! 🎉

I got a check out of the blue from my transphobic parents, who I am currently no-contact, surprise-surprise.

What do I do with this? Make a donation to the #TrevorProject, in their name for the total amount.

They may be transphobic, but their money has now gone to help save the lives of LGBTQ+ young people.

Turn those lemons 🍋 into rainbows 🌈, people!

Woke up frustrated with the state of the world—shocker, I know. Decided to say screw it, I’m not going to let those fucking oligarchs steal my joy. Got dressed, put a little makeup on, and walked to work in the sun while listening to music. #transjoy

Yay! Prescription change approved. 👍

3 months on HRT: Got my labs back, my T levels are being successfully suppressed. 🎉 My E levels are ok, but definitely on the low side, going to see if we can adjust the prescription a tad. Overall, I’m very pleased and happy with the results, both on paper and physically. 🥳

My ride home from work last night was beautiful. #bicycle #photography

My parents un-invited me from my sister's wedding today, after I came out as #trans. Fun times.

A friendly reminder to seek out and surround yourself with people who love and appreciate the real you. ❤️ #FoundFamily

Watched the film Tree of Life for the first time. Incredibly moving film. Exquisite visual storytelling. I’m going to have to watch it a few more times before it takes full effect. Reminded me a lot of another favorite film of mine, 2001: A Space Odyssey. Highly recommend. #movies #treeoflife

Waffles were a very rare occurrence growing up, so in my mind they conjure a feeling of opulence. As a result I make pancakes and waffles once a week for the whole family, as a way to celebrate and give my kids the joys of both.
