The Land Snatchers are upon us. Even Finland.

USA better not quarrel with EU.
Oh wait, they choose to keep Russia an ally.

Fokking #BigTech & #Trump too.

Over de server van Autistici/Inventatie (A/I):

Oh cool, another AI feature that we haven't asked for. Waiting for the moment your fridge pops out heart-shapes icecubes. #AI

"While a fully autonomous AI worm has not yet been realized on real hardware, Anthropic estimates that such capabilities could emerge by the end of the year. This development means your smart devices could become part of AI-driven botnets that are difficult to shut down due to their decentralized nature."

"For me the discussion whether AI is actually (super)intelligent or will ‘go rogue’ is a red herring, that stops us from seeing the actual disruptive effect it is already having, and to hold those that are responsible to account."

Horror. If AI was ever to "take over people", it is not because it is said to be smart. It is because of greedy and stupid people. #Unethical #Unhealthy

"Pfas companies are launching a “tidal wave” of forever chemicals production to meet demand from the AI industry, a campaign organisation has warned.

Despite alarm over the chemicals, which have been linked to cancer, a survey of the 10 biggest manufacturers found most had plans to increase production."

Boerenland. Lukt niet op andere plekken.
