I guess this is as good of a reminder as any…

Have you checked your backups recently?

So uh. Anyone have any experience repairing a gash in an LCD polarizer? Would LOCA work for this?

I have an ADC Studio Display that’s pretty much perfect save a ding in the display panel. Works fine otherwise, panel shows no other signs of distress. Would love to repair it but if I can’t…meh.

For when you need to illustrate an article with a mermaid being attacked by a headless scorpion. I’ll bet your so-called artificial ‘intelligence’ could never come up with something as wholesome as this.

Made this lil spooky one in the #makerspace last night. #Lasercut waste cardboard and water based paint... means post #Halloween these can be #recycled or indeed go in the compost!

*That* Mario 2 is just diabolical :D

Playing the *other* Mario 2 = bad idea

Wearing a Casio CA53W calculator watch today! These look extremely cool but have some major downsides such as no backlight and being not really waterproof; plus tiny display.

Good outside though and of course if you need to compute things on the go.

Some people mod them to add backlights.

Got a small box of 25g bright wool samples, so randomly spun four of them together 🧶 #HandSpinning

I’m kind of impressed / surprised that there’s a PoE option though. That’s kind of cool.

Oh, but it’s okay. If you scroll down they offer you a $40 40w power adapter. A dollar a watt is pretty good value. And it brings your new clock to a much more reasonable $400 altogether. </jaded>

Even if you spend sixty more earth dollars, you still don’t get to plug it in 🤦

So you spend three hundred dollars on a fancy clock and can’t even turn it on or put it on the wall. 🆗🆒

Oh my goddddd
