Discovered a cool command-line tool called “blueprint” by Mustafa Natur that converts your app icons (.icon and .appiconset) into blueprint versions. So I vibe-coded a small macOS app that will step through the installation and provide you with a UI front end for creating the icons.

I submitted both the macOS and iOS targets for approval yesterday and both were approved today so I am ready for the iPhone Duo release.
Happy to say that My Links will be updated and available for iPhone Duo. New interface and features for all platforms too.

I use @tapbots Tapestry for Bluesky and Mastodon. On the iPhone I see crossposts notification, but not on iPad. Have I missed a setting on the iPad to enable this?

I decided, because I cannot trust Apple and UPS to ever deliver new hardware to me on time, \ to have it shipped to the store. I spent $5000 on a new Mac Mini with delivery by today, Sept. 22. It is 4:00 pm and even if I do get notified it is too late for me to get to the store. I don’t get it.
@StewartLynch
I sorted it out. I compiled the app using Xcode 26 and then installed in in DeviceHub for the duo and I got what I was looking for.
I am confused. I thought that apps compiled with Xcode 27 (and with a 26 target) for iPhone only would show black bars on eithr side on iPhone Duo. Am I mistaken. See this video for more context.
Great day for a cycle to Granville Island.

First tests of my “My Links” app (prototype of new UI) for iPhone Duo is looking good.
What the iPhone Duo introduction has done for me is make me realize how important it is to support all platforms and not just a vertical iOS orientation. iPad can’t just be a stretched iPhone list view. We have to do better and sometimes the NavigationSplitView doesn’t fit your design. Fun ahead
Just watched the iPhone Duo Group Lab. I have been working on my “My Links” app with a major UI upgrade and I think that it fits really well with the iphone/ipad/duo layout system. Really looking forward to Xcode 27.1 to try it all out with a bottom/side toolbar.
