1) Had an assessment at the Pain Clinic and I can get a shot for my neck pain. Bad news is I have to wait another 2 weeks and I will probably have to reschedule my knee replacement surgery.
2) Had a session with my therapist.
3) My wife bought a bag of Halloween candy at Costco and, not surprisingly, we have already opened it.
Haven't done this for a couple of days because the constant pain caused by a pinched nerve in my neck has me stuck in my recliner and is messing with my mood. The meds aren't helping and PT does not start till tomorrow. I'll give this a try anyhow.
1) My daughter and her fiancée have a tentative date and place for their wedding: Nov. 2027 in Puerto Vallarta. Looks like it will be virtual. Not my ideal but it's not my wedding.
2) The cortisone shot in my left knee last week also dulled the pain in my neck long enough for me to go get my CPAP machine. I think its helping but it's hard to tell because of the pain. I may have more energy but there's little I can do with it.
3) OTC sleep aid antihistamines to help deal with the pain and the CPAP mask
1) First Arthritis Aquatics class in more than 3 weeks
2) Helpful session with my therapist
3) Saw a dermatologist about the long lasting sore on my ear. She scraped it off for a biopsy. It doesn't seem like it'll be a major issue regardless.

1) My all-day headache is slowly going away, finally.
2) I was able to have a lazy day as I dealt with the pain.
3) Rescheduled my therapy session for Friday.

1 Made it through the funeral of my favorite aunt.
2 Got to spend time with lots of cousins from my mom's side. Some I hadn't seen in decades.
3 Saw and took pictures of the movie theater where my parents had their first date in 1949
My Aunt Margie passed away today. One of my mom's little sisters. Her family lived a couple of blocks away for a large part of my childhood, so I was very close to her.

1 Went to my regular 12 step group meeting and the discussion topic was "Focus on the Good," hence this post.
2 Listened to "Every Picture Tells a Story" while I was driving.
3. Watched an episode of "Welcome to Wrexham" from the current season and there was no painful mention of Sheffield Wednesday's plight last season.
