Could anyone give tips on how to—theoretically—compound Bicalutamide safely and with quality?

All of you, literally all of you. Never kill yourself. Keep going as long as possible. I would be so saddened if anything happened to any of you, even people who aren't mutuals or who I don't know very well. We have to persist in this world. And. I've had a very rough last few years, with many times thinking "this is it, I can't go on." What I've learned is, genuinely, things have a way of working themselves out, and just listen, no matter how hard it gets, don't kill yourself, we care about you, you need to keep going. I'm sorry, I'm not actually very good at this, just, I want y'all to hear it and promise me you won't. I love you /platonic

Hey. As I've said in the past I'm in a ton of medical debt because of my visit to the ER earlier this year. I have honestly been ignoring the medical debt so I could focus on paying off my credit card, however, they just sent part of it to collections, and I'm wondering if I can crowdfund at least that. Basically, the doctor is billed separately from the other costs (which are under the hospital's own billing department and aren't in collections yet), and the doctor's bill didn't let me set up a payment plan and it became overdue.

I owe $115 to the debt collector, so, if fedi can help with with that part for now it would be good. I'm just gonna put off the rest for now. -w-

I have all the payment methods I can take in this post: https://ck.catwithaclari.net/notes/asc3c2q1bx560jvm

Thank you for reading and boosting. Don't give if you can't or need it more yourself, however if you chose to give it's really appreciated and it helps me :neofox_angel_pleading::neofox_heart:

My friend is on her parents health insurance, but she's over 18. Could they see her claims for Planned Parenthood and the like, or are they not able to under HIPPA?

I honestly don't know, what is the legal status of diy estrogen in the United States? I've heard it's kinda in a gray area. It's not controlled, but, it is prescription only, so I don't know how that stuff works.

sooo does mastodon support emoji reactions now orrr?
