I am done with Firefox. It makes the entire system unresponsive and if you close a window while there's another window open then it loses your tabs. So I am looking for a job and this is the sort of bullshit I regularly run into. Why do people put such things into requirements?
Just in case the images are not clear: it's impossible to have five plus years experience in Drupal 9 because even the first alpha of it is not five years old yet.
Not to mention, of course, how irrelevant that is -- any Drupal 8+ experience is fine, it's the same thing.
