I know I've not been too active on here lately. I try to share the journal every morning. But typing takes a long time now and my left hand is a bit overworked, now that right isn't allowed and able to do much. Occasionally, I try to cheat a bit, and try to use one of my right hand fingers to support the typing a bit. But by doing this, I also know that my right hand will tire out quickly, and be a little more sore for a while. But sometimes my left hand does welcome a bit of relief.
I've been struggling with sleep some more. And there have been worries over Koa, as he's done a few things that triggered memories and worries in me. Which I've shared a bit about in the journal Toots.
And this night, after 4 months, Koa finally damaged his IKEA Dachshund. He's been chewing on the tail of the plush for so long, and it was one of the only plushies that had not needed repairs yet. And tonight, as puberty is setting in, Koa not only chewed the tail off the plushies ass, he then quickly swallowed it! 😢 So now, I have to be even more vigilant about watching Koa, to make sure that the tail is safely passing through his system. As soon as I notice any change in him, or if he gets trouble with pooping, I'll have to contact the vet, cause the tail will need to come out via emergency surgery then 😢. So all available fingers and toes are crossed 🤞🏻 for Koa to poop out that tail, hopefully sooner rather than later...
But it's been a bit of a stressful few weeks now, and I do miss reading the timeline, and being able to catch up with all of you. But the lack of decent sleep, the pain and discomfort of my hand, all the bloody worrying over Koa... It's been a bit much. 😔 I'll try to go through my notifications when I can. But I'm a bit behind with them. I do hope that I'll be able to have more time and energy soon, so I can be able to get back to following all your toots again.
