Interior Secretary Doug Burgum signed a 10-year plan Friday that preserves Wyoming’s decades-long allocation for the drought-plagued basin. The plan calls on California, Nevada and Arizona to cut their water use. Flaming Gorge Reservoir will see its water level drop.

#sfpelican update: found some rot in the combing behind the round plug. Rainwater was getting between the combing and a piece whose name escapes me. Forward was more rot, bigger than any hole saw bit I own.

The combing is in too bad a shape to varnish, it’ll get painted. The top trim has a new coat of varnish, the wife convinced me not to paint. Touched up the brightwork on the rest of the pig. Centerboard trunk is ready to go in, paint drying.
