Finished an #upcycling and #embroidery project last night. What used to be a long-sleeved white linen shirt that I bought over two decades ago but haven't worn in a long time (young kids and white clothes don't mix well) is now an orange sleeveless top embroidered with a variety of sea shells. I made the mistake to only take the label off after dying it so had some lighter spots on the neck. I decided to cover it with a jellyfish, in case you wondered what weirdo would embroider a brain on legs on a maritime themed shirt. 😉

I'm curious, did somebody else learn / play this when they were little? I learned this from my grandma and I still remember the moves. We went to an outdoor museum today and they were pretty surprised that I still knew how to play the yarn game. 😅

I gotta say though, the game did its best to make it sound like there's no going back after the fight with Belberith. That's somewhat true, but you still get to fight free battles to grind and have access to the auction and fusions.
If I had to do the whole fight with Belberith again every time after failing Babel, I'd throw my console against the wall. 💀

Argh!!! So close, yet so far!!!
I beat Belberith on my first try. My MC did the main work and just wrecked him in a single round (two separate fights, I have a demon with Double Up that let's me attack twice). I wasn't wrong when I thought I might be a bit overleveled. My MC is now level 66 or 67?
But of course I ran into a trap with Babel. I can beat him easily, but I need to protect Haru and also not have Atauro die, whom I sidelined for almost the entire day, so he's 15 levels lower than everybody else. 😬
I tried it twice, but I need a better setup. So it's back to grinding money and demons. 😩
But I love my MCs team. I put Grace on him as an autoskill, so the whole team is healed whenever the battle starts. I have Drain, so I never run out of Mana and Megido takes care of almost everything. Both demons have a bunch of reflects and drains and I'm barely getting hit.
Babel doesn't have any (obvious) weaknesses, so I'm chipping it down with Megido and it works pretty well.
Just need to keep everybody else alive. Now that I think about it, I should probably throw out Gin and take Mari with me instead. Magic damage works much better than raw strength and Gin just doesn't cut it, when it comes to magic.
I'm ready to see the end now and I'm getting a bit annoyed at all the grinding I have to do. 🫠

I'm replaying the same free battle over and over and over again. I think my characters are pretty well leveled now. My MC for example, can take out most demon teams with one cast of Megido.
But I'm hopelessly behind on demons. I need one or two fights to grind up enough money for the demon auction and I still need two or three solid demons for my teams.
I'm a bit scared of the endgame, but my MC will probably just steamroll everybody on his own. 😅
But just in case, I need my other teams to survive long enough to keep any reinforcements of his back.

I got booted off disabled dot social for reporting spam accounts. I was constantly hit with fake profiles begging me for money and the moderators repeatedly refused to fix the problem. They gave me 1 out of 3 strikes for continuing to report the scammers, then immediately suspended my account. So I'm left to wonder if they are working with the spammers

Anyways, if we're friends give me a follow! I'll try to find everyone.
