I may have a found a TV show that is so bad, it makes "The Ark" look positively genius (Yes, sarcasm).

The acting is bad, the CGI is early 2000's quality. The writing is utterly ridiculous and the directing laughable.

But... The Ark is all of those too... I'm torn... Which one deserves the title of 'Worst Show On TV' for the 2020's... there are currently no other contenders.

The Ark is still out in front... as that's managed to scrape through to a 3rd season... this one has only managed to make it to a 2nd.

It's also... a SEQUEL to another show just as bad from last decade... they thought it was a good idea to do it again... but even worse.

It's national middle child day... if you forgot about it... Well done, you're celebrating it correctly.

#EbikeRides actually got out on the bike for the first time in about 10 weeks. Heatwaves, punctures and DIY getting in the way.

Just the usual ride down to the estuary, it's about 16 miles, after virtually no exercise for so long... It's a hard ride already at one of my stops.

When it's past your normal evening walk time and you're trying to quietly drop a hint.

We create new towns based on the Amish principles... But it's based entirely in the 90's... There's video/dvd rental stores, flip phones, no social media, the internet is dial up speeds only and to chat you've got IRC, AIM and ICQ. People actually do this weird thing where they meet up in person to talk, drink and have fun.

I have never 'knowingly' or 'willingly' used AI to do anything. I will never knowingly or willingly use AI for anything outside of removing people from pictures of scenery I have taken... something that can be done on device without outside assistance.

We've had some light showers overnight and this morning again. Heard one about 8am just before I got up. Which means the humidity is around 84% again... a possibility of thunder showers any time between now and mid afternoon too... mixed with bouts of sunshine.

My latest play, entitled 'I stole all of the chairs' received a standing ovation last night.

Does anyone else get all sweaty after..... calm your filthy minds... eating a meal?

Sun came out... great, I can go out on the bike.

Oh... I needed to fit a new inner tube to the tyre.

Then I need to do errands and other stuff because my mum has gout again... Apparently the 'gout' levels in your blood are supposed to be under 150... Hers are over 600.

So she can't walk without a walking stick around the house... and can't do a lot of basic things.

So whilst I may get the tyre fitted... I won't be going for a ride.

It has been 9 weeks since my last bike ride thanks to work on the sun room and heatwaves.

They're now predicting another heatwave for the start of September.

We did have a little bit of rain overnight though. Not a lot, it was light rain.. so humidity all night was in the 75-80% range.

Ah... the life of a layabout without a job at the moment.

I thought it would be more interesting and fun... I thought I'd be out for long rides every day, getting out and about in the countryside. Getting my mum out and about to places.

None of that has been possible, firstly due tot he heatwaves and needed to keep her shut up during them in a cool room, and secondly because she can't walk more than 50-100 yards without needing to stop and after a total of a few hundred yards... can't go any further.

Sure, I could go out on my own... if I wanted to be made to feel like a terrible person for leaving an old woman behind to fend for herself in a comfortable cool house, with everything she could need at her finger tips and a nice new rise and recliner armchair to sit in to ease the pressure and discomfort in her poor foot.

No matter what I do... I can't win.
