so like i do use more " proper " punctuation sometimes , usually when i'm trying to explain something and want to be clear about it . but when i'm talking more casually i use " send message " as the punctuation primarily , with the exception of commas . i'm kinda realizing that on fedi though , where i can't really do that as much . like , i could do a thread for every post but that's kind of excessive . in any case i'm trying to find more of a mix of a casual style while still trying to avoid making unreadable run-ons . the reader is encouraged to provide feedback on how i'm doing now and in future about this !

just found out about punctuation , anyone else tried this ?

if System76 is so good , why is there no SystemSixSevennnn

sometimes i think about how bold and blatant the apple " what's a computer " ad was . it's such a mask off " we don't want you to even think about the potential of a general purpose computing device . this is an ipad . it is for buying ipad apps . "

unicode is one of those things in software that i just really respect the hell out of . the concept of " being able to represent nearly any character humans have used or currently use to communicate with a computer " is a really ambitious goal , but somehow they're kinda doin it . there's also like so many arrows , it's awesome .

why do they call it a kdesktop when you kdesk in the cold food plasmout the hot , keat the food
