I stopped by a local record shop I found here today and left with a surprisingly decent haul, much better than my average outing

Si no sabías que hablo Español, ahora es tu chance oírme charlar sobre de la música social con @electre, @robert_bantin, y @eliskunk, incluyendo a mí tema "Live Wire" que hice con @socool!

Hey fellow #bandcamp users, be on the lookout for a phishing message today, looks like a lot of people are getting messages with the subject "Something went wrong!" and then a threat that you'll lose access to payments.

Reminder that Bandcamp says explicitly that they'll never reach out to you via the contact form!

Also tagging #bandcampFriday for reach

Lovers of #experimental and #darkAmbient music rejoice! For once again...

THE TIME IS UPON US!

That's right, a new episode of Disturbing Dreams is up for your listening pleasure on @audiointerface! Turn down the lights, roll yourself up in your favorite blanket so the monsters can't get you, and tune in for a new musical voyage!

This only just hit me, but I'm also super jazzed that some of my *visual* art is getting out there a bit. I can agonize a lot over my designs and drawings, but I couldn't be happier with how the cover turned out

Hearing some of our music get actual airplay on broadcast radio was already crazy to me, but seeing it show up on *any* sort of chart is absolutely wild:

"Four sides of the eternal triangle" is especially good, just wandering all over the place without losing its groove, I love it.

A very cool find I've been listening to today. #Funky, #psychedelic, #electroAcoustic vibes that seem to hover right on the edge of turning dark, but never quite do (at least so far):

Hey, it's (almost, for me) #bandcampFriday / #fairtradeMusicFriday!

If you want to check out my music AND help out @mirlo, you can head over to https://mirlo.space/paul-griffin and 75% of what you spend on my music will go to support a very cool platform!

One thing I'm finding myself wondering as I continue to work on this #ambient (maybe #drone -ish?) project is this: I feel like I know where the line is between "jam" and "polished work" when it comes to my other music. Ambient music (at least the stuff I tend to make) feels much more organic and in the moment, so it feels much less clear to me what makes it polished and release-worthy vs "just a jam."

I get that this is largely a matter of my own perception, but does anyone have thoughts?

I deliberately waited so that the listening party would be the first time I heard everyone else's work, and I was completely blown away at what we have all made with this album.

The music community here is genuinely one of the best things in my life, and this album, beyond just being great music, feels like a testament to the joy of our little community and the spirit of collaboration that runs strong here.

Thank you to everyone who came together on this, it was a rare honor to be part of it.

A fun little bonus collab that I was able to do hot on the heels of Dreams & Riddles was to put together a remix for this album! "Silver Falls" is a favorite track of mine, so it was an honor to get to re-imagine it.

I'm very excited to hear everyone else's contributions, and I hope you can join the listening party a bit later today!

Lovers of #darkAmbient and #experimental music rejoice, because once again...

THE TIME IS UPON US!

A new episode of Disturbing Dreams is up, ready to ever so slightly loosen your grip on reality, if only for an hour or so. Quite a blessing these days!

Turn down the lights, pull your hoodie strings a little tighter than usual, and join me on a fantastic new musical journey!
