Why did I delete the pinned post that says I auto delete toots after 3 months? Oh well, here it is again.

*reports everything*

24hrs and counting of a quite vicious stomach flu, in the very hot and humid weather.

Who did I piss off in the Universe? 🥺

I dunno, maybe it’s because I’m in my 50s…but that made me quite emotional. I was a kid again. Best of luck to them heading to the Moon #Artemis

Pinned post: I have turned on approve followers. Purely because I’m on Mastodon social and I’m not going to tackle a move right now. Other things to do. It’s easy to just deny spammy accounts or accounts with no posts, avatars etc.

There’s no other reason than that.

Can you use the Kobo store without a Kobo? Thinking of getting one of them eventually.

“Thanks to our sponsors Crypto Bros!”

Jayzuz 😐

Not for me Armenia. Gives me vibes of lads doing TikTok’s about how they get up at 4am to do workouts #eurovision

I am angrier than I have been in a long while. Seething. So time to log off. But for anybody quoting ‘awkward gesture’ or any kind of autism etc:

“The Roman salute, also known as the Fascist salute, is a gesture in which the right arm is fully extended, facing forward, with palm down and fingers touching. In some versions, the arm is raised upward at an angle; in others, it is held out parallel to the ground” #Musk

Another pinned post: no judgement, it’s not personal - but if you follow me and you don’t have a profile pic, don’t post, don’t have an introduction anywhere or just don’t give me any indication you’re a real person? I’m just going to block you. It’s easier.

I really don’t care about follower counts. Blocking on any social network has never caused me stress 👍🏼

What instance I was on never really bothered me. I read the people I follow and never really bothered with the ‘local’ feeds.

But I’m probably going to have to think about where to move. Mastodon Social is the big gateway and therefore a target. Without having a knee jerk reaction, Zuck dropping the facade means I need to consider one not federating with Threads 🤔

I’ve decided to delete any of my posts over three months old. Two reasons:

1. There’s nothing earth shattering
2. If it helps even a little with keeping server management manageable, I’m grand with that
[Edited] 3. It’s now the world we live in

Now America, sort your shit out in November

Tres bien, la France, tres bien 👏🏼 #Legislatives2024

This will not give me indigestion 😊

THANK GOD FOR FINLAND! #BitMad #Eurovision

I’m enjoying not seeing the bile from the likes of ‘Bob6253453’ pushed into my timeline. I get why people did it (oh look at how ridiculous this is). But it added nothing, only amplified
