Great seeing all the people mentioned above as well as @brunoscheele, @peterfriese, @mikaelacaron, @leogdion, @douglas, and @RobW. Thanks for a great time.

I had a great time seeing friends and making new ones at swiftCon.

Lovely to exchange experiences and stories on building accessibility cultures in a roundtable.

Great presentations by the likes of @bens on the 1 Billion Row Challenge, @Clure on App Intents, @designatednerd on arts and crafts, @cate on taking control of your career — and many others.

New cookbook means... weekend project!

Thomas Straker has been my (and a friend's) jam for a while, and this week he brought out his first (cook)book... so I bought one for me, one for my mom, and one for my friend.

@tonyarnold did you get tickets for one of the shows coming up in Australia?!

Are you working on anything accessibility at a company (perhaps in preparation for the European Accessibility Act going into effect)? What is going well? Where are you struggling? I’d love to hear from you!

Fully remote!

(..... in the US)

So not fully remote then, huh.

My friend wrote a book, and I'm so proud! Plus she kindly gave me a discount code to share — so if you know me and are thinking of doing public speaking, let me know!

Does anyone know of a Calendar-like app that can give you an overview of events within a range?

I want to plan some time away and get an idea of which events fall in that time range to see if I need to move things, like dentist appointments.

Today was my last day at WeTransfer after almost 3 years there.

So now... time to find a new challenge. Which will itself be a challenge. It's my first time looking for a new job whilst unemployed, along with a lot of other colleagues affected by the wider WeTransfer layoffs.

My next opportunities have in the past come from the people in my network. So if you’re hiring for Apple platforms, I’d love to have a chat. Or even if you’re not currently hiring — I do have some time on my hands…

I wrote a blog post! It's about a recent challenge trying to optimize a component for both VoiceOver and Voice Control.
