am I allowed to do a short about this, it feels way too easy :D

lukewarm take, but I want people to stop saying they create "content". that's corpo-speak for feeding the machine. tell me what you make, what you love.

you're not a content creator, you're a filmmaker. video producer. funny-post-maker. actor. you are more than a generic noun. 🦊

and since I griped about it in the video, let's do a real Draw This In Your Style! draw your character doing The Face

a friend showed me the masterpiece that is Wolfstory and I just had to draw my own, .... uh... this

I'm abandoning my own pinned comment on the video to do the pin of shame on a few more preachers I've found. enjoy :D

every take filmed has a ~3sec buffer at the start to do a walk-in, account for timing, and just be a good safety buffer.

but sometimes I use it to get into character

musing about a job posting I stumbled into where they need a video producer with software development experience. I am weirdly qualified for this job in a way that would make for a very fun interview. cover letter: "so... do you know what a furry is?"

and if I do apply, I'd probably need to show my channel to prove I know how to Video, and uh..

hi HR, welcome to my mastodon account, enjoy the weird

freshened up the decor on my YouTube channel page; now the main section you (and potential artist friends) will see is a colorful lineup of my favorite art resources. more to come! check it out: https://www.youtube.com/@MtKanjon

ok long flight BUT am surrounded by a bunch of other furries. hell yea. we have already begun the sticker trade

I think I worded that last bit weird I mean that it’s goddamn stellar and I’m not sure what else compares to the show they put on

back on the train for the journey home. had a blast at NFC again, so many familiar and new friends. probably my favorite con! definitely want to return. the production and con ambience is unmatched.

Accurate depiction of me waiting for a stopped school bus while the cars behind me honk angrily 😿

Commissioned this amazing bumper sticker from @/monstrousonmain.bsky.social at LVFC, and it's here!

Later today I (and some others) will have choices to make around an uncomfortable situation, and that's been on my mind too. Past that, no matter what the choice is, I think I will be in a calmer state.

Not elaborating here for now, just... thinking out loud.

Been a bit disconnected lately due to loads of external situations. Things are clearing up though. I've also been trying to cut back on my wide array of hobbies to be more focused on things I care about: friends, art, and videos.
