For those who have suffered rape or sexual assault or know someone who has and not sure what to do or think or feel, search for "Angie McQuillin Unsilenced" on Youtube
[https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClEREgHnwiQeoO537xEmz-g]

Angie's story is a first hand experience of abuse and rape then dealing with the justice system in the UK. The channel is designed to help the numerous Silent Victims, family and friends. It is not a carefully manicured channel, it is raw, real and hard to watch.

@Geri morning. Was reading about dystonia (due to your bio) and was curious which type you have, as I have never heard of it before.

Don't feel you have to answer as appreciate it is a very personal question from some random bloke on the 'Net. As you posted about Rochester, it may help to note I've been a Man of Kent and a Kentishman.

Behind every OS is a UNIX legacy... https://club.unix.rocks/commentary/under-linux/

Looking for suggestions on syncing a remote IMAP server accounts to a local machine. Then making these available to other machines on the LAN and possibly via Roundcube via Wireguard. Ideally ability to delete remote stuff older that 'n' days on the remote end that has been synced locally.

Other option is just a one way sync to local as a backup so the remote server is active and local is just a warts and all backup.

Lots about isync or offlineimap and Dovecot so looking for recommendations.

It is a SoHo project on *nix using Open Source. Reason is simply my mail hosts are being ar**s but do not want a fully hosted mail server with public access locally.

Thanks in advance.

Looking for any suggestions in case I've missed somethingin my research please.

Am after:
* A BSD or Unix that has ZFS with FDE.
* Be suitable for desktop (X or XLibre) or server use.
* If possible, for aarch64 and x86_64.
* Ideally EU based.
* Desktop use is light word processing, browsing, watching stuff over NFS.

List so far is Ghost (no FDE), OI Hipster (no FDE?), Free (US based), Net (ZFS jiggery pokery).

Thanks for any suggestions or corrections to the list no matter how obscure.
