What are some good things to see in Wien for tourists? I already plan to visit Metalab (https://metalab.at), a hacker space, to give an idea of some of my interests. This will be some time in August.

And I do want to also do some of the more general touristy things like see landmarks and gawk at castles and such too.

I can't drink alcohol due to a liver condition, so while I am not against going to a rave or a show, something like a bar where the primary thing is drinking beer is probably not worth my time unless they have really good food.

Speaking of food, I am a big foodie and somewhat of a glutton. I want to have a Wienerschnitzel at least but also try other things I can't easily get at home. If I eat at a large multinational fast food chain I would consider it a personal failing or an act of desperation.
