@siracusa as a Ferrari person, and a camera(ish) person, and as someone alive in 2003 I thought you might be interested by this piece of history. Did you know Olympus made a Ferrari branded Mju Digital?

Do you feel the "friend of the show" implies the existence of enemies of the show? What about BFFs of the show, or a nemesis?

Maybe this is more of a @connected question.

@atpfm it seems that your topic list has (a little to closely for sheer coincidence) again reflected my life.... And now, let's find out whether the old SSD, the 3.5" SATA or the 3.5 IDE drive have suffered any data loss. Any thoughts while I wait for a USB enclosure to arrive?

The SSD has been unpowered since before COVID.... Wish me luck.

@caseyliss in your experience, what's a rough budget for a 5 day stay in Disney World resort (in a Disney hotel with all transfers, 4 big parks and a water park). Which side of $4000 (USD) am I looking.

I know you've spoken about this on analog(ue) and probably ATP, but do you have any other good planning resources you know of?

@siracusa after listening to you talking about your recent iPad purchase I wondered, what stopped you buying a relatively cheap ≈$500 Android tablet with 120Hz OLED screen in the last few years purely as a media device? Why did you wait for the iPad pro with OLED?

@atpfm @caseyliss all righty then! You know this is the next step after The Hunt for Red October
