I am Ambrose. I am 69 year old pensioner.

A retired integrative psychotherapist.

I still have the mind of an inquisitive child.

I was a young socialist in the mid 70's and remain so today.

My views, opinions and life experiences are different to yours. I do people not science.

No government has ever represented my political views so I have never voted for any of them.

I have not watched TV since 2000. I have only travelled on a plane once.

linux user since Linux Mint Cassandra in 2007. Using Mx-Linux and Arch based distros and testing ArtiX linux.

Recently installed NixOS on a spare laptop. I liked it until it became contaminated with its permissive AI policy.

I have learned a great deal about linux and its tools.

A 69 year old script kiddie. I spun up ParrotOS and joined the IT Army of Ukraine when Russia invaded Ukraine.

I use Lineage on my phones ever since Cyanogen on my old Galaxy ace.

I dont do AI, it is a plague.

This is the first time I have ever signed up to a social media site.

I have never had a facebook, X, bluesky, instagram, whatsapp, snapchat youtube or reddit account.

Slowly working may way around mastodon and fedi tips

The people seem nice.

I have posted a few things but I dont see them anywhere

still learning.

I am hoping that the experience is a positive one.

I shall remain open minded until it is not.
