News: Springsteen backs El-Sayed: 'He's a fighter for our American Constitution' | The Hill

"...he's a fighter against the corrupt, lawless, and anti-American leadership currently in the White House," the 77-year-old musician said.

"That's why I'm in his corner 100 percent," Springsteen, a vocal critic of President Trump, said of El-Sayed in his post to his nearly 2.5 million Instagram followers

Weasel Gavin Newsom word salad on Haley Stevens...

“I don’t know enough about what ultimately led her to make that decision outside of what she said in that video, and she certainly has the right to do that, and I don’t condemn her on that basis... this incident was “exactly the conversation” Republicans want people to have... Stevens was “successful in taking her eye off the ball... we can look back and this may be that decisive moment.”

WTF Gavin!?

News: POLITICO | El-Sayed raised
$1.2 million in hours since Haley Stevens endorsed his rival Senate Democrat

Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign says it has raised $1.2 million in the four hours after former primary rival Rep. Hale Stevens backed Republican Mike Rogers in the final messy days of the Michigan Senate race. That marks his second best fundraising day since winning the nomination in August.

Once we win the Senate majority we will make Chuck Schumer pay for Haley Stevens.

Let's focus on the midterms now, but the next order of business is to replace this feckless leadership.

HALEY STEVENS CHIEF OF STAFF (cont)

Those of us who are Michigan voters are supporting Democrats up and down the ballot and have been working all season to elect strong Democratic majorities to the House and Senate—we will continue to do so.

As of this morning, many members of our team have resigned, including myself. We encourage everyone to exercise their civic duty, vote for Abdul and Democrats up and down the ballot, and stand up for the America we all believe in.

STATEMENT FROM JUSTIN GERMAN CHIEF OF STAFF TO REP. HALEY STEVENS

As Haley Stevens’ Chief of Staff for eight years, I speak on behalf of our team in wholeheartedly supporting Abdul El-Sayed for Senate. This election is too important to sow division or stand on the sidelines. We are shocked and heartbroken by Congresswoman Stevens' decision to support Mike Rogers.

So far these GOP 'October Surprises' have been pitiful. What a clown show.

Michigan Democratic Party

"Haley Stevens’ decision to campaign with Rogers—a man who has repeatedly sold out Michigan's working class, wants to pass a national abortion ban & has pledged to be a loyal vote for Trump's agenda—shows that she has abandoned everything she claims to care about"

Video Clip: Texas Senate Candidate James Talarico (D)

"When you go after the puppet, you have to deal with the masters who pull his strings…This senate seat doesn't belong to Tim Dunn. This senate seat doesn't belong to Farris Wilks. This senate seat doesn't belong to Elon Musk. It belongs to you. It belongs to the people of Texas."

Prediction, this Alaska performative outrage hullabaloo is going to backfire on the GOP and the New York Times. Everyone can recognize a disingenuous hatchet job when they see one. People are smart, and they don't like being played for fools.

Don't look away from what is happening in Israel just because mainstream outlets are all screaming 'stalemate'. Netanyahu is fighting for his political life and he is losing...

The other tactic employed by the New York Times is to give scant coverage to issues they want to suppress. For instance at the same time they are flogging the Alaska ballot story, they are studiously ignoring the new revelations concerning Trump rape, Epstein money, and Kushner payoffs.

The net effect is to normalize extreme issues to protect allied perpetrators and incite action against those they target.

The New York Times is a precision information warfare weapon. This is not hyperbole. They target specific stories and blow them out of proportion to assert maximum influence at critical moments.

This is only possible because of trust. Their ammunition is public trust. They build trust over time and then fire it in targeted attacks like the current Alaska ballot campaign.

Whenever you see something creditable from the NYT recognize they are simply rearming their trust stockpile.

"Performative outrage" is a great term for what we are seeing...
