Trump sounds so morose on the radio. He's going to flee to Russia isn't he. Why is he agreeing to everything?

Donald Trump, seven times bankrupt. Six times business and the seventh morally.

Trump lies about everything

Senate terms are 6 years long, so all the red states where senate seats just flipped are stuck with those flips until 2032

Well, that was a good first step

Operators behind four neo-Nazi X accounts identified by The Texas Observer

All had great jobs. Not impoverished. One was a vice-president at JP Morgan Chase. One was in marketing. One worked with ordnance at a naval site.

Reminder that in the 1920s, the KKK controlled Texas, Illinois, Indiana, and Colorado, and was powerful in other states like California and Georgia.

They targeted Blacks but also Jews, Asians, Catholics (the KKK was Protestant), and "new women."

Earlier, in the late 1800s and early 1900s, people were against the vote for women because they knew they would vote for progressive values.

And don't forget, the Civil War was literally the South States who had agreed to give up slavery and then regretted it saying they were not going to givie up $3 billion dollars' worth (in 1861 or so dollars) of their property (slaves).

So, they seceded.

Then went to war.

And lost.

"Like slave patrols in the Deep South, the Texas Rangers — formed primarily to kill Comanches, eliminate Native communities, and control colonized Mexicans to take their land — also hunted down enslaved Africans escaping to freedom."

Yeah. About the Texas Rangers.

They actually massacred Mexicans and hunted runaway slaves.

"They burned villages and slaughtered innocents. They committed war crimes, hunted runaway slaves and murdered so many Mexicans and Mexican Americans that they were as feared on the Mexican border as the Ku Klux Klan was in the Deep South. Throughout it all, Swanson writes, the Rangers operated a fable factory to burnish their image as heroic defenders of the innocent."
